Kazan Challenger 2012 Final: Jurgen Zopp vs. Marius Copil
Jurgen Zopp from Estonia received a walkover from Russian Teymuraz Gabashvili while defending champion Marius Copil (ROU) beat Ivo Minar from Czech Republic 6-3 6-4.
It's not easy to call the final - because it's tricky. On paper Zopp is a more consistent player with decent, progressing results but Copil gets crazy in Kazan and the tournament in Russia seems like his personal Grand Slam. He's been playing very well for the whole week. Zopp had it easier, because he was matched versus injured opponents. It's also the first meeting of these two. Probably on a whole the Estonian could be considered favourite but it doesn't look like an easy clash at all. In the meanwhile, doubles trophy went to Ratiwatana brothers from Thailand who beat Alexander Bury (BLR) and Mateusz Kowalczyk (POL; photo). Very Thai week it seems!
